By booking an appointment, visiting our studio, or purchasing any service or product, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. Our Services

CURVANA™ is a non-medical beauty and body-contouring studio.
We offer cosmetic enhancement services only designed to help clients:

• Sculpt & define body shape
• Support lymphatic circulation
• Improve skin appearance
• Enhance confidence & wellness

We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions.
Nothing on this site or in our studio should be interpreted as medical advice.

Clients must be 18 years or older for all services.

2. Consultation & Informed Consent

Before any service:

• All clients must complete a Client Intake Form + Informed Consent
• Clients must honestly disclose medical history, surgeries, medications, and conditions
• CURVANA™ may refuse or postpone a service for client safety

If your medical status changes, you must notify us before your next session.

3. Results Acknowledgment

All bodies respond differently.

Results depend on:

• Hydration levels
• Lifestyle & movement
• Individual metabolism
• Session frequency
• Compliance with after-care

CURVANA™ does not guarantee specific inch loss or weight loss.
Before/after photos represent individual results only.

Multiple sessions may be required for best outcomes.

4. Payments, Deposits & Refund Policy

• All appointments require a $50 non-refundable deposit
• Deposits apply toward service balances
• Full balance due before services begin
• No refunds on completed or partially completed services

Retail Purchases:
All waist trainers, apparel & wellness products are final sale if opened or worn.

Defective items may be exchanged within 7 days with receipt.

5. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Rescheduling: Minimum 24 hours’ notice required
• Cancellations: Minimum 48 hours’ notice to receive deposit refund
• Late Cancel / No-Show: Deposit forfeited
• Arrival 10+ minutes late may require rescheduling and a new deposit

These policies ensure fairness to all clients and staff availability.

6. Contraindications & Client Responsibility

Services are not recommended for clients who are:

• Pregnant or breastfeeding
• Diagnosed with cancer or undergoing treatment
• Carrying implanted metal devices or pacemakers in treatment areas
• Recovering from major surgery (within 3–6 months)
• Experiencing active infections or skin conditions in treatment area
• Unmanaged diabetic or severe vascular conditions

Clients voluntarily assume all risks associated with elective cosmetic body services.

7. Packages & Promotions

• Packages must be used within 6 months of purchase
• Promotions & discounts cannot be combined
• Packages and special pricing are non-refundable

8. Photography & Marketing Consent

Photography is optional and requires written consent.

Clients may choose:

• Full body photos
• Cropped body photos
• Face blurred or excluded
• Anonymous marketing use

Consent may be revoked in writing for future usage.

9. Privacy & Confidentiality

Client privacy and personal information are protected at all times.

• We do not sell or share private information
• Digital records are encrypted and securely maintained

10. Right to Refuse Service

CURVANA™ reserves full discretion to refuse or discontinue service if:

• Client exhibits aggressive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct
• There is suspicion of intoxication or impairment
• The client fails to comply with safety disclosures or after-care
• Any health or liability concerns are identified

Our priority is well-being, professionalism, and respectful partnerships with our clients.

11. Limitation of Liability

By booking a service, the client acknowledges:

• Services are elective cosmetic improvements
• Mild tenderness, swelling, temporary redness and discomfort may occur
• The client is responsible for following all after-care guidance
• CURVANA™ and its staff are not liable for outcomes linked to lifestyle or non-compliance

Clients voluntarily accept responsibility for all choices made regarding services.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling or receiving any service, purchasing products, or visiting CURVANA™, you confirm you have fully read, understood, and agree to these policies.

These terms are subject to update at any time to ensure client safety and regulatory compliance.
